Every engagement starts with a scoped first phase and a SOW you can take to your CFO: first working version in weeks 2–4, no big deposit, and if it takes us longer than the SOW says, you don’t pay more. After launch, most clients keep a steady monthly run rate. Everything we build is yours.
Care — from $3,500 a month, billed separately from the build. We run it, keep it current and keep it secure: bug fixes, security patches, API and framework upgrades, uptime monitoring and incident response. The more you want delivered each month, the higher the run rate.

Hosting and AI usage are billed at cost plus 20%; hosting is often just a few hundred dollars a month. *You own the work as you pay for it: payments are ongoing, and if you stop, everything you’ve paid for up to that point is yours. The frameworks underneath stay open source under Apache 2.0 and MIT — you don’t own them and don’t need to.
